If you are a renter, <\/strong>you can apply directly to receive 25% of your unpaid rent<\/strong> from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021, even if your landlord doesn\u2019t participate<\/em>. You can also receive assistance for future rent<\/strong> equal to 25% of your monthly rent.
